I really like the pic, although i think you should try and put some slight ripples in the bottom half of the image to make it look like water.

Try to rease the clouds on the lower part of the picture (with clone brush), this gives away the mirror effect....

I tried it but I turned the photo into crap LOL so I decided to disort the reflecion with the disort modyfier, liquify filter, ocean ripple filter, and a litle hue changing. Hope you like it :)
